How much experience do I need to be a travel nurse?
Generally speaking, 2 years in the specialty that you are applying for, not including an internship.
What types of facilities do travel nurses live in?
Flyby Nurse has shifts available in hospitals, nursing homes, doctors clinics, and other healthcare settings. Flyby Nurse offers hundreds of available positions across the nation.
How long is a normal travel assignment?
13 week assignments are the most usual length of assignment. Shorter and longer lengths may also be available.
Where will I live when I get there?
You are free to make your own arrangements or we are happy to assist you in locating a place to stay during your travel assignment.
