What is a Hospitality Specialist?
The Hospitality Specialist is one of our most important positions! Elite Staffing has contracted with multiple hospitals near you to provide them with customer service representatives to work along side their staff in their hospital locations.
What does a Hospitality Specialist do?
The Hospitality Specialist helps out with a number of relatively basic tasks. Here are some of the things you may do in a given day:
- Greet hospital visitors as they enter the lobby, be friendly, conversational and engaging
- Do a quick questionnaire with hospital visitors as they arrive
- Help give visitors directions who may not know the hospital layout
- Help out as a temperature screener, or health screener, by taking a quick temperature of hospital workers as they arrive for work
- Keep the hospital lobby and/or your workstation neat and tidy
- And other duties as assigned which focus on excellent customer service
